Get ready for one of South Africa’s most anticipated offshore events
Please ensure you complete and submit the following forms before 06 February 2026 to qualify for your regatta shirts:
- Crew List
- Safety Declaration Form
- Liability, Waiver, Claims, Express Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Form
Upload your completed documents directly in your Entry Form or email them to sailadmin@rcyc.co.za.
Important: Entries submitted after 06 February 2026 will be considered late, and shirts will only be distributed after the event as well as an additional entry fee applies.
Entry Fee: R500.00 p/yacht plus R250 per person competing (Crew List submitted), late entry R600.00 per yacht plus R300.00 per person competing.

SAS Membership Requirement
All skippers and crew are required to be current SAS (South African Sailing) members.
If you are not an SAS member, a temporary SAS membership fee of R350 applies.
