Welcome to the Royal Cape Yacht Club – ‘Tavern of the Seas’
Please fill in the Arrival Book, listing your crew and other details. For boats coming in from overseas, the Marina Secretary will assist with Customs, Immigration and Port Health. We will also assist you in obtaining clearance for your final departure.
If you wish to leave over the weekend, please remember that your departure from the Club, Harbour Revenue, Customs and Immigration must be done before 14h30 on the Friday, as the Port closes at 15H00. Clearance will also be done on Sundays between 09H00 and 13H00.
It is understood and agreed that the Royal Cape Yacht Club and employees cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused to boats or equipment. Use of facilities and marina is undertaken at the yacht owner’s/ representative’s/contractor’s own risk.
Engaged by the owner/owner’s representative will also be subject to the above indemnity and will make themselves aware of and comply with the safety regulations relating to the use of equipment, scaffolding etc. They will ensure that any spray painting is undertaken in accordance with the regulations in force at the time and that they will protect all surrounding yachts from overspray.
