Did you know that your guests may be pre-booked into the RCYC electronic RCYC/Wizzpass sign-in system?

Members will initially need to register on the portal and set a password, before being able to pre-book guests.

The initial procedure to register is as follows:

  • Open the link
  • Enter your membership number e.g. 011104 (use leading zeros to give a six-digit number)
  • Enter your “RCYC email address” (i.e. the email address you normally use for Club correspondence)
  • Alternatively click on “Choose another contact method” and enter an alternative email address.
  • Alternatively click on “Choose another contact method” and enter a mobile number
  • An OTP (one time password) will then be sent to the email address/mobile number supplied
  • Enter the OTP
  • Enter your own new password (this can be a simple 4 digit number or word)
  • The system will now confirm you are registered and open the standard guest booking page.
The booking page requests an email address, or alternatively a phone number, for the visitor and allows one to enter the name surname and visit date before submitting.  The procedure can be repeated for multiple guests.

A list is shown of guests that have been booked as well as the history of guests that have been previously signed in by the member. The guest will then receive an email confirming their invitation to visit.  This email includes a QR code which can be scanned on arrival for even faster sign-in.

A guests may be signed in six times before a membership option will be presented to him/her for a personal access card with membership benefits.
