Hout Bay Raid
The Hout Bay Raid is definitely a firm favourite on the cruisers calendar.
For 2026 HBYC have the theme of a Buccaneer Bash – as we know from previous years they go all out, so are our RCYC Cruisers up for the challenge? Who will be the best dressed crew? The crew with the most spirit?
Cost is R250 per boat.

Registration is open from 09h00 in the Lipton Lobby at RCYC

On arrival in Hout Bay:
The HBYC team will be on the marina, ready to welcome and guide boats in safely. Please hail on HBYC on VHF Channel Channel 74 as directed.
Each vessel will be allocated a mooring timeously this will be shared with the fleet.
Please remember your RCYC burgees on your boats.
