CALLING ALL CRUISERS!
The V and A Marina has invited us for a night at their world class marina on Saturday the 28th of September. Space is very limited so make sure you get your vessel name listed soonest at the RCYC.
The day will begin with a Skippers briefing at 10H00 in the RCYC main hall. Fleet will depart for a cruise at 12H00 to a mark as determined on the day by weather conditions. Hopefully we will be able to drop the hook somewhere and braai. Fleet then departs at leisure for the V and A marina arriving between 15H00 and 17H00.
At 17H30 there will be an “anything that floats” race for all cruisers in the marina. This is followed by a quiz evening accompanied by hand food and a cash bar. Prizes promise to be amazing and this is one event you do not want to miss out. You are welcome to spend the rest of the night sampling what the Waterfront has to offer. Fleet departs Sunday morning by midday.
Get your vessels name and crew list to the sailing office and onto the notice board as soon as possible. Limited spaces!
